Methods: USPS First Class, Priority, and Express (options shown at checkout).

Tracking: Tracking numbers are emailed when shipped.

Delivery estimates: 3–7 business days for standard, 1–3 for expedited (estimates only).

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Unopened, unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

How to start a return: Email support@sterilelab.com with your order number.

Refunds: Issued to original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For safety and regulatory reasons we cannot accept returns of opened sterile products.
